Grace

Hannah cracks me up. Her middle name is Grace, but I don't think she realizes it. I think she sees it as a word of importance. When we are having listening problems I say, "Hannah Grace" instead of just Hannah. I am sure all mothers do that with their children. I say "CALEB STEPHEN" a lot. As Josh and Samantha have gotten older I haven't had to use their middle names much. I will use Josh's if I need his attention and there are a lot of Josh's around. Well, a few weeks ago I was sitting outside in the swing. The kids were supposed to be in bed, but Hannah didn't like me being out there. She came outside and said, "mommy...come here." I didn't respond. She came back a few minutes later and said, "Mommy Grace, get in this house." Good think I wasn't eating or drinking...I think I would have spewed whatever was in my mouth all over the tree.

Today "Grace" has struck again. The kids....all 4...are going to be cleaning their rooms until they are done. Even if it goes into tomorrow and Monday...they get distracted. Caleb was being Caleb and making Hannah mad. Hannah yelled at him, "Caleb Grace, give it back!" She just cracks me up!
