A nicer update....

Last night when I wrote my update I was very frustrated from a tough evening with Caleb. I had planned on doing an update all day and even worked most of the words out in my head...then our evening happened. When I hit "publish post" on the blog, facebook does a search and makes it into a note. Once it is there I can not edit it. I want to apologize if some of my words came off as harsh. I assure you none of what I was saying about comments and suggestions was directed at anyone who would read this. It was directed at the grocery store clerk, the person standing in line next to us at the store, people we pass at the mall, just regular strangers who do not know us and just stare....and stare...and stare. Then they look disgusted when they finally get up the nerve to ask what is wrong. I have had people call me an "irresponsible parent" for allowing my children to "look like that." Sometimes that gets really frustrating, more frustrating than our daily dealings with eczema...mainly because that is all part of our normal daily routine. When my friends or Caleb's teachers ask about how things are going it is not out of disgust or general curiosity. It is because YOU--our friends and loved ones care about us. I like to answer those questions. I like to get your input. Please, please, please do not be worried about being one of the people that I referred to yesterday! That comment was 100% directed at total strangers! I love you guys!!!

Just to add a little Hannah into "Hannah's blog"....there are some Hannah funnies from the ballpark HERE. She really had us laughing our heads off tonight!
