I can't believe that in 1 short month....30 days my baby will be 1. Where did the year go. It is so sad. I am glad she is growing up, but she is my baby....my last baby. She is so tiny too. Maybe I am having a hard time with it because right now she is the same size as Samantha was at 6 months.
She has another new tooth, probably 2 by morning. That will make 4 on top. She is still a little mommy to all her babies and the real babies at the Y. They just love her there because she is such a sweetheart. She has her likes and dislikes. Today when she was tired she tried to crawl into her swing. It was the cutest thing. I put her in and she was asleep within minutes. I guess the good thing about her being so tiny is that I can still use things like the swing. The longest I have ever used it before her was 6 months and that was with Caleb. Josh and Samantha were pretty much done with it by 4 months. Although, this one does have a higher weight limit than our old one. Hannah is still not 20 lbs yet though.
She still nurses strong. I am afraid I see no end in sight, at least not by the time she is 1. She doesn't have too much interest in baby food. Sometimes I feel like I am forcing her to eat even a few bites. She will eat a little here and there of what we eat, but chokes on it a lot.
I have a feeling Hannah will be getting lots of baby dolls for Christmas. Then again, most people are weary of the usual toys because of all the lead problems. I know I will be planning her birthday soon. I want to make sure that even though this is her first birthday and she won't remember that we still make a difference between birthday and Christmas.
I love how Hannah can still make me all mushy inside.
