Almost 5 months

Oops, I know I said I would update more. I think I am a bad blogger. The thing is, there have been some things that I have wanted to say, but I can't find the right words. It would require time for me to sit down and figure it all out and well...time is scarce here.

Hannah is the most precious, sweet, laid back baby. I am totally in love! She sucks her thumb and I think it is so cute. I am also relieved that she knows how to soothe herself. Hannah went to her first baseball game last week. She did ok. She is like J a little because she is kind of scared of the loud noises. She seemed to get a little overwhelmed when she saw too many people. When she gets tired of people, this is what she does...

I think it is just too cute even though I have had some "well meaning" people tell me I need to take away her thumb and push a pacifier. [[[this is me rolling my eyes]]]

She still has lots of hair and it is getting long. I am constantly pushing it out of her eyes, but I really don't want to cut it.

What has Hannah learned the last month? She can now rollover both ways. She grabs toys and "plays" with them. She open mouth kisses and her laughs can melt your heart. It won't be long before she can sit up. She is just amazing. They are all amazing.

Onto a different note. I know this is Hannah's baby blog, but I can't not include this. On Easter Sunday J asked Jesus into his heart. I feel like he has been ready for a while, but never made the step. Now my son is also my brother in Christ.

I have opened up to some people at church recently about our struggle to get pregnant. It felt so good to get some of that off my chest. I think when you have 3 or more kids people don't expect you to "try" for number 4. I guess they just assumed it was easy or she was unplanned. I guess in a way she was unplanned because we had given up trying. God obviously had a different plan. His plan showed me to remain faithful and pray as it says in
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
There have been many times in the last few months that I have prayed without ceasing. Sometimes in the midst of struggles it is hard to find what I have to rejoice about. That is the time to step back, breathe, and look at Miss Hannah Banana, or J, or S, or C. They are all blessings and miracles.
I still didn't manage to get out what I wanted to say.....
I find I get sidetracked and sit her with a goofy smile on my face when I think about the kids. I lose all train of thought. LOL
